1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the MarriageWorks.TODAY platform (the "Service"), including our website, web application, and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by MediaWorkx Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access.
• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. The Service

MarriageWorks.TODAY is a faith-rooted marriage mentoring platform. We provide relationship assessments, structured programmes, resources, and community features. The Service is educational and supportive in nature and is not a substitute for professional counselling, therapy, or medical advice.

If you or your partner are in crisis or danger, please contact local emergency services or a professional helpline immediately.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free features (the 40-Day Love Challenge, Relationship Checkup, and Dashboard) are available to all registered users at no cost.
• Paid programmes (Foundations, Mentored, Couples Intensive) require a subscription purchased through our website.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as indicated at the time of purchase).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days.

6. Gift Codes

Gift codes grant access to a specific programme and are non-transferable once redeemed. Gift codes cannot be exchanged for cash. Expired or already-redeemed codes cannot be reactivated.

7. Community Guidelines

If you participate in community features, you agree to:

• Be respectful, supportive, and constructive in all interactions.
• Not post content that is abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit.
• Not share another person's private information without their consent.
• Not promote products, services, or external links unrelated to the community.
• Report content that violates these guidelines using the Report function.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the Service -- including text, images, audio, video, programme materials, assessments, and branding -- is owned by MediaWorkx Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without our prior written consent.

9. User Content

Content you create (journal entries, community posts, profile information) remains yours. By posting content to community spaces, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the Service.

Private content (assessment responses, journal entries) is never shared publicly or with third parties.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@marriageworks.today. Upon deletion:

• All personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
• Active subscriptions are cancelled.
• This action is irreversible.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
